What We Offer
Booking Made Easy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We have a no cancellation and no refund policy. However, we offer a one-time rescheduling option. For party bookings, a $100 fee applies if you request to reschedule within 48 hours of your original booking time.
No Cancellations & No Refunds
We do not allow cancellations or issue refunds for any confirmed bookings. Once a reservation is made, it is considered final.
One-Time Rescheduling Option
While we do not offer cancellations or refunds, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, customers are welcome to take advantage of a one-time rescheduling option to an available date within six months of the original reservation.
Party Bookings (Rescheduling Fee)
For party bookings, a $100 fee applies if you request to reschedule within 48 hours of your original booking time. Please notify Hawaii Fluid Art as early as possible if you need to adjust your scheduled party date or time.
How to Reschedule
To reschedule your booking, please contact Hawaii Fluid Art through our contact page or call us at (470) 531-0106. Our team will assist you in finding an alternative date that suits your schedule.
No-Shows
Failure to attend the scheduled event without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the booking, and no rescheduling or refund options will be provided.
Event Changes by Hawaii Fluid Art
In the unlikely event that Hawaii Fluid Art needs to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances or weather, we will notify affected customers as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives or a full refund.
Studio Guidelines
No outside food or beverages allowed in the studio. Respectful behavior toward staff and other participants is required.
Safety & Responsibility
By participating in our classes and activities, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Art activities involve inherent risks including cuts, burns, allergic reactions, and staining
- You participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injury or damage
- Hawaii Fluid Art Johns Creek is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss
- You release us from any claims arising from your participation in our activities
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific class or service
Tell Us About Allergies: Please inform staff of any allergies before class begins.
Digital Liability Waiver Required: Participation in any studio workshop or event is strictly conditioned upon each attendee (or their parent/legal guardian if under 18) signing the Hawaii Fluid Art Digital Safety & Liability Release prior to class commencement. Waivers can be signed online at book.hawaiifluidarts.com/waivers.
Your Art & Our Memories
You Keep Everything: All art you create is yours!
During art classes and events, we may take photos or videos for:
- Social media sharing and marketing purposes
- Website gallery and promotional materials
- Documentation of our classes and events
By participating in our classes, you consent to such photography/videography. Not Camera Shy?: Please inform staff if you prefer not to be photographed.
Gift Cards & Class Credits
- Digital gift cards do not expire and carry no inactivity or service fees
- Gift certificates and credits are non-refundable but fully transferable
- Lost gift certificates cannot be replaced
Your Privacy Matters

- Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties
- You may request deletion of your personal data at any time
SMS & Text Messaging Terms
When you provide your mobile phone number during booking or studio check-in and opt in to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms:
- Program Description: Transactional SMS notifications regarding your artwork curing status, studio pickup readiness alerts, and workshop reservation confirmations from Hawaii Fluid Art Johns Creek (operated by GURUJI LLC).
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your class schedule and artwork drying stages (typically 2–3 automated messages per artwork order).
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP. After texting STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

Changes to Terms
