Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
No Cancellations
We do not allow cancellations for any confirmed bookings. Once a reservation is made, it is considered final.
Rescheduling Option
While we do not offer cancellations, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, customers are welcome to reschedule their booking to an available date within six months of the original reservation.
Notification of Rescheduling
Customers must notify Hawaii Fluid Art of their intent to reschedule at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
How to Reschedule
To reschedule your booking, please contact Hawaii Fluid Art through the provided contact information. Our team will assist you in finding an alternative date that suits your schedule.
No-Shows
Failure to attend the scheduled event without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the booking, and no rescheduling or refund options will be provided.
Event Changes by Hawaii Fluid Art
In the unlikely event that Hawaii Fluid Art needs to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances or weather, we will notify affected customers as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives or a full refund.
Studio Guidelines
- Follow Your Instructor: Our teachers are here to help!
- Be Kind: Respect other artists and their space
- Dress for Creativity: Art can be messy - dress accordingly!
- Kids Welcome: Ages 4+ with adult supervision
- Closed-toe shoes: Required when working with resin materials
No outside food or beverages allowed in the studio. Respectful behavior toward staff and other participants is required.
Safety & Responsibility
By participating in our classes and activities, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Art activities involve inherent risks including cuts, burns, allergic reactions, and staining
- You participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injury or damage
- Hawaii Fluid Art Johns Creek is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss
- You release us from any claims arising from your participation in our activities
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific class or service
Tell Us About Allergies: Please inform staff of any allergies before class begins.
Your Art & Our Memories
You Keep Everything: All art you create is yours!
During art classes and events, we may take photos or videos for:
- Social media sharing and marketing purposes
- Website gallery and promotional materials
- Documentation of our classes and events
By participating in our classes, you consent to such photography/videography. Not Camera Shy?: Please inform staff if you prefer not to be photographed.
Gift Cards & Class Credits
- Gift Certificates: Valid for 12 months from purchase date
- Class Credits: From cancellations, valid 6 months
- Easy to Use: Just mention when booking
- Gift certificates and credits are non-refundable but transferable
- Lost gift certificates cannot be replaced
