How far in advance should we book our event?
We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance to guarantee your preferred date, especially for large groups or holiday parties.
Is prior art experience required for our team?
No experience needed. Our instructors guide everyone step-by-step, making it a fun and accessible activity for all employees.
What is your Cancellation & Rescheduling policy?
We do not offer cancellations or refunds for our corporate events. You may reschedule your event one time. Please note that a $100 fee applies for any rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your original booking time.
